Lesson Guidlines
As a music teacher, I strive to provide the best learning experience for my students. To ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience for everyone, please review our studio policies.
Operating Hours

Materials & Fees
For Piano Students: $75 (Includes: Notebook, Binder, Tote bag, Flash cards, Metronome, Books) For Voice and Guitar Students: $45 (Includes: Notebook, Lesson Book, Tote bag)
Invoice & Payment Terms
Monthly fees are due on the 7th of the month being paid for (e.g., September's fees are due September 7th). The very first month of lessons, both the first and last month's fees are due. If lessons are discontinued, the last month will already be paid. A $10 late fee will be issued on the 8th of the month, and then $5/week after that. Invoices are issued and accepted through QuickBooks via email. Preferred payment methods are cash, check, or Venmo (Venmo: @Cassandra-Duignan).
Cancellation Policy
There is no refund or discount for missed lessons. Monthly fees pay to reserve a weekly or bi-weekly spot.
Vacation & Away Dates
Make-ups/discounts are not offered for vacations/away dates.
Discontinuation of Lessons
If 30 days notice is given for discontinuation, there will be no charge for the last month of lessons (because it was paid the first month of lessons). If less than 30 days is given for discontinuation, there is no refund/discount even if the remaining scheduled lessons are not attended.
